Hello! I’m Carlos Barroso, a bilingual (English/Spanish) IT Technician based in Charlotte, NC. I have strong hands-on experience supporting hardware, software, networks, and manufacturing systems. I’m known for being a quick problem-solver, adaptable, and meticulous with documentation.
